Monica, 42, is survived by his wife, while Billue was a 58-year-old who is survived by his two sons.

Sills said he doesn't know how the inmates were able to overpower the guards and kill them.
On Wednesday afternoon the sheriff's office said a green Honda stolen Tuesday had been found. Residents are warned not to approach them, but if they are seen, to call 911 immediately.
In a recent news conference, investigators also stated the incident happened at 6:45 a.m., not 5:45 as previously stated.
Both were serving prison sentences for separate armed robbery and assault convictions, and they knew each other, having once been cellmates, authorities said.

After shooting the two guards, Dubose and Rowe carjacked the "first auto that came by", Sills said, - a green, 2004 Honda.
A massive manhunt is still underway for Dubose and Rowe, now more than 24 hours after their escape.
"I think they don't have much to fear because they've already killed two people, so they don't have any problem killing somebody else", Bailey said.
Rowe and Dubose carjacked an approaching green 2004 four-door Honda Civic with Georgia license plate RBJ6601.
After they fatally shot their prison guards while being transported in Putnam County, they carjacked a Honda sedan and took off - leaving police baffled.
