Portugal twice surrendered the lead against Mexico in their Confederations Cup opener, but the 2-2 draw was no cause for alarm, according to captain Cristiano Ronaldo.

Portugal and Mexico began their FIFA Confederations Cup campaign with a closely-fought contest, with El Tri grabbing a late equaliser to snatch a 2-2 draw.
"It wasn't the result that we wanted", said Ronaldo. We have a great chance of winning the Confederations Cup because there are still two [group] games left.
Vargas struck Chile's second goal in their win when VAR overruled an initial offside call and there was another debatable incident in Germany's match with Australia in Sochi, when Tomi Juric's finish was allowed to stand despite arguments of handball.
Portugal play hosts Russian Federation in Moscow on Wednesday, while Mexico take on New Zealand in Sochi.
Ronaldo was also involved in one of the game's biggest talking points, a "goal" that was disallowed after consultation with the Video Assistant Referees.
"In the end it was a well-deserved result after how we played today", Mexico coach Juan Carlos Osorio said. We were at least as good as they were. It was a good result at 2-1 but that's football. And they (Portugal) are the current European champions.
Portugal boss Fernando Santos admitted on Sunday that the mid-game referral process was "confusing" but Infantino says he has been encouraged by VAR's test on the global worldwide stage with a year to go before the World Cup.
"We know we didn't play well", he said.
