The world's biggest smartphone maker Samsung will next week start reselling refurbished Galaxy Note 7 devices after a humiliating recall over exploding batteries previous year, news reports said Tuesday. Industry insiders have already reported that the #Galaxy Note 8 is soon to follow.
It is expected that the Note 8 will come with the Dual Camera at back. The Note FE will have the latest software update.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 looks set to be one of the biggest and best phones of 2017. The handset will also sport an 8 MP front- facing camera.
Another feature we noticed is the large bump on the back which houses not only the lens, but the fingerprint sensor and the flash (we are guessing dual-LED). Its left flank holds its volume keys and Samsung's dedicated Bixby button, which is apparently textured to help users identify it by touch. It'll likely have 6GB of RAM and a battery that measures in at 3300mAh.
According to some leaks, the new Samsung Galaxy Stellar 2 would sports a 4.5 Inches of AMOLED display with 720 Pixels of screen resolution. The rear cameras will be 12 MP each, and both will feature optical image stabilization.
In a first for the company, Samsung had to suspend manufacturing and sales of the Galaxy Note 7 following reports of several of these handsets catching fire.
Traditionally, Samsung usually releases their Note flagship phones annually after the IFA tech fair held in Berlin. It will be backed by a 3,300mAh non-removable battery, which supports fast charging. Industry sources have again reaffirmed the date and have suggested that the price tag might be a little lower than previous rumors, falling somewhere just under the 700,000 KRW ($616 USD) mark.
