However, with the offers coming to a close end of this month, and Reliance not announcing any new promotional offer as yet, users are set to wonder what will the platter look like going ahead.
Reliance Jio had offered many free services, including data, SMS, apps and unlimited voice calling to is subscribers for the last 3 months, and now the expiry date is approaching for most of its customers.
The telecom service provider also went ahead and doled out offers such as Jio Summer Surprise and Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan for users for which they paid nominal charges even in the subsequent months. Yes, the Jio customers may have to start buying recharges on a monthly basis to continue Jio services.
Reliance Jio's first option gives 2GB data per month for 12 months at a monthly recharge of Rs 149. All the new JioFi customers and new Jio SIM card users with the recharge of Rs. 99 will get 2GB data for the next twelve months, effectively making 24GB data at just Rs. 149.
After this, you will have to select one of the recharge packs where the offer has been given. At the same time, users with bigger appetite for data can avail 168GB data for 84 days at a price of Rs 509.
The new offer provides customers with up to 224GB data on purchasing a new JioFi device and a new Jio SIM card.
Jio launched its Dhan Dhana Dhan offer back in April. Under Jio's latest offer, subscribers to the network will be provided upto 224 GB data.
However, it should be noted that despite the data benefits Reliance Jio is providing with the new JioFi router and SIM, the router itself costs Rs. 1,999.
Besides the JioFi device, the JioGST Starter Kit will include a software solution, unlimited voice calls and 24 GB of data and the Jio billing app for a period of one year.
