A Lincoln Navigator included in previous vehicle descriptions has been located in Florida and is no longer suspected, Walker said.
Of note, the shooting comes after Lever had been previously served an order of protection notice in December 2016 in Jefferson County.

Gardendale Police Chief Mike Walker has identified the victims in Wednesday's slayings as 50-year-old Dana Reeves Lever. The girl, according to public records, had been seeing a therapist and the therapist called the mother with concerns. Dana Lever sought the protective order claiming her ex-husband was stalking and harassing them.
Adding, 'She is very clingy to me and will not let me leaver her.
The AP story also notes Lever was facing charges of sexual abuse of a minor in York County, Pennsylvania.
Police in Lower Windsor Township confirmed they arrested Lever in 2015 on child sexual abuse charges.
Lever was placed in York County Prison on October 12, 2015, on the first case on a $100,000 bond, but was able to get bailed out. He was again jailed on October 15, and posted an additional $100,000 and released later the same day.
A hearing in the Alabama case is scheduled for July 26, a court docket showed.
