Well, this is not the first time that we are hearing about the Xiaomi Mi Note 3's launch. However, latest rumors coming from the supply chain in China reveal that we might be able to witness the unveiling of the Mi Note 2 successor as soon as this month. The size of that display is still unknown, but it is possible Xiaomi will opt to introduce a 5.7-inch Mi Note handset yet again, and the device will nearly certainly be made out of metal and glass. One thing to note here is that the company has not launched its Flagship in the Indian market in the current year. As a part of the sale, Amazon India is offering a 12-month free subscription of Hungama Music, 3-month free subscription of Hungama Play along with Rs 200 promotional credit on Kindle books and up to 30 GB additional 4G data on Jio SIM cards. Also, it is highly probable that the Xiaomi Mi 6 may not launch in India which in turn gave Xiaomi a chance to unveil the Mi 5X in India. 6GB RAM with 128GB of memory storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB of memory storage option.
As of now, it is expected that the device would come in three color variants - Black, Gold, and Silver. Both the devices will be powered by a different processor.

Other expected features include Android 7.1.1 Nougat-based MIUI 9Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core CPU, 8GB/6GB RAM and 4,000+ mAh battery. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. The phone would offer a latest MIUI 9 on top of the existing Operating System.
One of the significant changes in the Mi Note 3 is its 2K OLED display by Samsung.
As for the hardware, the Mi 5X sports a 5.5-inch FHD display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor under the hood. If it fails to see the light of the day in August, then we can expect the device to be unveiled sometime in September.
