The Bills originally took Darby, a product of Florida State, off the board in the second round of the 2015 draft. The shakeup continues an offseason overhaul under new coach Sean McDermott and GM Brandon Beane. "They haven't let me down or haven't let this team down yet".
Many were stunned when Bills completed a pair of blockbuster trades with the Rams and Eagles, and Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz is no exception. Darby struggled in pass coverage past year, but was very capable as run-defender.
The Eagles have been seeking a corner for weeks.

Jalen Mills played in all 16 games as a rookie, yet has no starts.
Matthews was part of a tight faith-based group within the team that attended the same church and regularly got together outside of work, as many did Friday for dinner. That may not please Eagles fans who are used to the Agholor who on fourth-and-one running the jet sweep, loses one yard. I'm going to miss Jordan [Matthews], though. Aside from drop concerns, Matthews had been a quality receiver for Philly since he was drafted back in 2014.
At the beginning of the month, Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer reported there had been "speculation" the Eagles were planning to give third-year wideout Nelson Agholor more playing time in the slot at the expense of Matthews. "Unbelievable worker. Obviously incredibly productive. Hard to pull the trigger on a trade like that and you're giving up that kind of player and person and by the same token, the draft pick is big, too". Mack Hollins is a rookie. Ultimately, they're the ones that make those decisions and what they think is best for the team, I'm going to be in support of 100 percent. But there is no question that Matthews' departure was weighing on the minds of many as well.
"Sometimes", safety Chris Maragos said, "when you face adversity, you find different ways to do things and you can overcome them". He ripped Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network, who speculated that Matthews had no role going forward with the Birds. "The hardest part about this was talking to Jordan about".
The difference between the fantasy football complaint of 2011 and today is that there was no similar outrage expressed by any of the players about a squad that, for better or worse, will have a new look and feel with Matthews suddenly out of the picture.
