The father of teenager alleged that the CBI was torturing his son which was strongly refuted by the agency.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is now probing a role of another student who accompanied juvenile arrested in connection with the murder of Ryan International School student. "He is completely innocent", the accused's father said.
"The boy has been sent to Faridabad observation home till 22nd November, which is also the date of next hearing", news agency ANI quoted arrested juvenile's lawyer, Sandeep Aneja, as saying.
CBI after examining the CCTV footages and interrogating several teachers, students and other school staff had arrested the 16-year-old class 11 student as the main accused in the case.
"Do you think such a young boy would behave normally for so many days, had he committed such a serious crime?" he asked.
The juvenile court, however, granted only three-day custody with a rider that the accused can only be questioned from 10 a.m.to 5 a.m. only.
Meanwhile, the accused student has been sent to Faridabad observation home where he will be kept till November 22.
The agency at this point of time does not want to divulge any details.
The sources said CBI officials also used a dummy in the form of a soft toy to ask him how he allegedly killed Pradhuman.
The CBI on its part has denied such allegations, said reports. The agency claimed that the boy murdered Pradyuman to defer examination as well as parents teacher meeting.
A highly placed source in the Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights told The Hindu that the teenager said the atmosphere at his home was tense because of constant fights between his parents. They had reached our house at 11.20 am.During their raid, the CBI officers took his shoes, books, bag and hard disk along with them , As Reported By DNAIndia.
Sources said that the juvenile court has appointed an independent welfare officer to monitor the investigation and questioning of the apprehended student.
