An on-duty police officer and a 91-year-old woman died following a collision on the A4 Bath Road at Hare Hatch this afternoon.
"Sadly a passenger in the auto and PC Dixon died following the incident".
A 91-year-old passenger in the vehicle also died in the crash at about 1.50pm on Tuesday, police confirmed.
Dixon was on duty and riding a motorcycle. when it was involved in a collision with a auto.
Tributes to PC Dixon have been posted in comments on Thames Valley Police's Facebook page, with many referring to watching him on the Sky 1 TV series Road Wars. "Thoughts are with your friends and family, the police family has lost one of its best".

Thames Valley Police said the next-of-kin of both PC Dixon and the dead woman had been informed.

Police Hour is looking to raise some money to support the family of James Dixon and the family of the 91-year-old victim having raised money for fallen and injured officers in the past.
