The Huawei P20 Lite is shown to have its SIM tray on the left, volume rockers and power button on the right, a USB-C port, speaker grille, and audio jack at the bottom, and a secondary microphone at the top. Just a couple of days ago, Huawei's P20 Lite smartphone was certified by FCC, and guess what, it has a notch at the top like the iPhone X. The notch is expected to house the selfie camera and earpiece along with other hardware.
The upcoming Huawei P20 Lite phone measures 148.6 x 71.2 x 7.4 mm based on CAD schematics.
Earlier, some case renders of the Huawei P20 smartphones had surfaced online and now the P20 Lite with the model number ANE-LX1 has been certified by the FCC.
Originally, it was thought that Huawei would release the P20 lineup at Mobile World Congress in late February. Now the company has announced a separate event on March 27 in Paris and is expected to launch its flagship P-series smartphones.
The documents did also unveil the P20 Lite's dimensions. It would be interesting to see how this triple camera setup works with AI.
Huawei doesn't need MWC 2018 to announce new phones. However, we recently learned that Huawei won't unveil the P10 successor at MWC. Going by existing reports, there will be a massive 40MP Leica triple-lens camera setup with 5x hybrid zoom. So there will be two security options available, Face Unlock and Fingerprint Scanner. It would off 2200 x 1800 pixels of screen resolution as well.
A lot of the specs are still missing but we know it will come with a 2,900mAh battery and run Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. The devices could use either Kirin 970 Chipset or a mid-range Kirin 659 Chipset as there is no any information about the Chipset on these phones.
