The Asus Zenfone 5 Lite has found itself at the center of multiple leaks in the past few days. Asus is all set to become one of them as a new report reveals the design of its forthcoming Zenfone 5 smartphone. The fingerprint sensor is seen at the back like the aforementioned Zenfone 5 Lite and the headphone jack also stays on top. Now, smartphone tipster Evan Blass has posted an image of a smartphone by Asus that is likely to arrive later this month. It will be available in three color options - Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Rouge Red.
And Instagram user, by the name of Marcel Campos recently uploaded a rather interesting shot of a still unannounced Asus handset to his profile. To back up his claim, he has released renders of the Zenfone 5 from a manufacturer's manual.
From the tweet, the smartphone looks to be a big device and feature four camera sensors. In addition to that, the phone sports a vertical dual-camera setup on the rear which again seems largely inspired by Apple's flagship.
Apart from this, Blass didn't reveal any other details, however, you can see from the image above that the ZenFone 5 Lite a fingerprint scanner at the back below the dual camera setup, and, there's a LED flash at the front which would help you take brighter selfies in low light. The frame is probably made out of metal and has bottom-firing speaker grilles.
The device is seen to have a Full HD+ resolution display, with the 18:9 aspect ratio. Earlier, certification details of Zenfone 5 Lite was leaked as per which it will have a 6 inch display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. There are two cameras on opposite sides of the earpiece at the top which are said to both be 20MP sensors. The frame looks to be metal and the oval shape of the port nearly certainly indicates Type-C.
