Check out update v3.3's patch notes in full over here.
Prepare for another week of challenges to push up your XP and Battle Stars, and climb Season 3's tiers in Fortnite. After a short delay, Epic Games has finally released update 3.3, which not only adds a bunch of fixes but also new content for both Battle Royale and Save the World game modes as well. But, of course, that's not all.
One of the tasks presented by Epic Games this week reads: "Visit different ice cream trucks". The big spring it on gold prize in the event store is the Shamrock Reclaimer Outlander hero. To say these games have completely taken the industry by storm would be a massive understatement, and the fact Fortnite: Battle Royale is making its way to mobiles suggests we've officially reached peak mainstream. By jumping in and gliding, you should be able to land on this even from the balloon. These are pretty self-explanatory, allowing you to place a bomb and then detonate it from a distance. You can use it to bring down fortresses instantly, lay traps for other players, and just cause general mayhem. They are a Rare-level rarity item and their addition has resulted in Smoke Grenades being "vaulted", meaning those are no longer available in-game for the time being.
Found in Supply Llamas, Treasure Chests, Floor Loot or Supply Drops.
Also notable is that a new limited-time mode, Blitz, launches on March 19; it consists of more fast-paced matches that feature a 15-minute time limit. For more info, you can check out the patch notes on the official Fortnite website.
