The Moto G6 Play is expected to be the most affordable of the three devices, with a single-camera setup and basic hardware for the budget range of smartphones.
There's a fingerprint sensor on the rear of this phone, and according to all of the photos we've seen so far it'll be the only handset to come with a scanner not below the screen.
Recently, Moto G6 Play was also spotted in a hands-on video. Today, the Motorola Moto G-range generally sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 400-series or 600-series chipsets, along with other features and specifications that are the norm in smartphones priced at under Rs 20,000 in India. As we near the unveiling of the devices, these models are emerging in numerous leaks.
First up is the Moto G6, which you can see pictured below in indigo, silver, rose gold and black.
Then there's the Moto G6 Plus, which is expected to be the phone with the highest end spec out of the three member family but also the highest price tag.
In terms of optics, the Moto G6 Play will bear a 13-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The device will also be sporting a 13MP rear camera along with an 8MP front camera and will be backed by a 4000mAh battery with TurboPower charging tech. Although the Moto G6 Plus appears to be packing 4GB of RAM in the listing, there could be a variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It will have a dual-lens camera on the rear and a fingerprint sensor on the front. The Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus, and Moto G6 Play will launch on April 19 in Brazil and they have been subject to several leaks. The specs sound very promising and it is confirmed that this will be a mid-range smartphone from Motorola powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
The leaked image has not revealed anything about the operating system but it is expected to run on Android Oreo out of the box. We will know more in the days leading up to the launch event on April 19.
