Voters in Arizona, Florida and Oklahoma head to the polls in the final multistate elections of the 2018 primary season.
With 59 percent of precincts reporting, McSally had 52 percent of the vote, Ward had 28 percent, and Arpaio had 19 percent.
Three Republicans are vying Tuesday to replace Sen. Jeff Flake, who announced past year that he would not seek re-election.
