FORZA 4, one of the most anticipated games in the Xbox and Windows 10 line-up, has officially gone gold, meaning it is ready for launch. Those who buy the Ultimate Edition of the game can play four days early on September 28.
Forza Horizon 4 is set to be the biggest game in the Horizon series so far and will feature a variety of different seasons for you to drive through. They're based in Royal Leamington Spa which is basically the most British name ever. Called the Best of Bond Car Pack, the DLC includes 10 of Bond's famous vehicles from his past films, two Bond-inspired outfits for your driver, and six exclusive quick chat phrases you'll be able to use in multiplayer. Forza Horizon 4 is also a play anywhere title powered by Xbox Live. Microsoft didn't say how much the auto pack will cost for those who didn't buy the Ultimate Edition, but its price will probably be revealed as we get closer to Forza Horizon 4's launch. Players will be able to play in solo or team up with others to explore attractive and historic Britain in a shared open world. This means you'll need to deal with everything from the ice and snow of winter time to the blazing summer heat, each season has its own charms and challenges. The auto list features modern classics like the BMW Z8 from The World Is Not Enough as well as a bevy of classic Aston Martin models, including the most-featured vehicle in Bond film history - the Aston Martin DB5.
Forza Motorsport 7 offered a similar licensed day one auto pack, featuring ten vehicles from the Fast and the Furious series. Those include the revolving license plate and bumper rams of '64 Aston Martin DB5, as well as the submersible kit for for '77 Lotus Esprit S1. Given Forza Horizon 4's United Kingdom setting, 007 getting involved isn't too surprising, but still, it's a nice treat for Bond fanatics and Anglophiles.
