At least 17 people have died in North and SC, as rescuers in pulled residents from homes threatened by swollen rivers.

North Carolina authorities released a full list of deaths on Monday afternoon, bringing the death toll for the state up to 24. Although there were no known fatalities from Florence, emergency personnel rescued 800 people from flooded homes during the storm, Stephens said.
Donald Trump, who is expected to visit the affected areas this week, has declared a disaster in several North Carolina counties and made federal funding available for the recovery efforts.
Florence is located about 145 miles (230 km) west-northwest of Greensboro, North Carolina packing maximum sustained winds of 30 miles per hour (45 km per hour).
"We're going to need significant resources to recover", Cooper, the North Carolina governor, said.
"I know it was hard for them to leave and it's even more difficult for them to be waiting at home not knowing what is happening here or whether they even have a home to come back to", said Cooper.
At the news conference on Monday, he added, "We are expecting several more days of rain".
"We know the road situation is dynamic".
The dead included a one-year-old boy who was swept away after his mother drove into floodwaters and lost grip on him as they tried to escape their auto.
As of today, 356 primary roads are closed in North Carolina, up from 108 on Sunday, said Secretary of Transportation Jim Trogdon.
The mother managed to free Kaiden from his vehicle seat and escape the auto, but her child was quickly swept away in the deluge.
The body of a 1-year-old was found Monday morning.
Two men in their 70s died in Lenoir County.
The Lumber River cuts through the city of Lumberton in North Carolina, which has received 22.76 inches of rain since Thursday.
