This image, posted by WinFuture, displays the back panel of the OnePlus 6, quartered by that of a second device. It has been reported that since OnePlus' sister companies, Oppo and Vivo have an elevated camera setup, OnePlus too may share the same production lines and get a similar camera.
We learned quite a few details about the OnePlus 6T over the past few days, including the fact that the phone will sport an in-display fingerprint sensor, that it'll lack a headphone jack, and that it'll be available from T-Mobile, the first carrier in the United States to ever partner with the Chinese smartphone maker. From the dream of some fans, that here three cameras would be used on the back, is obviously nothing, because of OnePlus sticks to a dual-camera unit, in which apparently - at least if one compares with the press images of the OnePlus 6 the same sensor configuration is used. Spotted by tipster Roland Quandt, the phones do not have too many differences in external design, and it looks like OnePlus 6t will continue with a dual-rear camera. He also says, "The new OnePlus 6T is coming".
The name was also confirmed in the OnePlus 6T TV ad that was aired during the ongoing cricket match between India and Pakistan. Under the hood we're expecting a Snapdragon 845 processor.
The display on the OnePlus 6T will be an OLED one with a resolution of 1080p.
The box displayed an outline of the supposed hardware - it was shown featuring a much smaller notch than the OnePlus 6 and hinted a fingerprint sensor would be placed under the screen.
OnePlus 6T launching soon in India. Two slogans also appeared in the advertisement, "Touch for innovation" and "Ready for speed" - both reiterating the faster unlocking with the in-display fingerprint sensor of the smartphone.
OnePlus has just announced the launch of their new headphones called the Type-C Bullets.
