HMD Global launched the Nokia 6.1 Plus in India a few weeks ago. It is the first Nokia smartphone to come with a notch display. MySmartPrice has obtained an official render of the Nokia 7.1 Plus, which not only offer a clearer look at the upcoming phone but also debunks some earlier claims. Software-wise, the Android One offering boots Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Hence, the smartphone could get a price tag of anywhere between Rs. 15,000-20,000 in the Indian market next week. The landing page indicates that the smartphone will be available exclusively on Flipkart alongside Nokia's online store.
Nokia 5.1 Plus features a 5.86-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels, a 19:9 aspect ratio and a top notch. If the rumour mill is to be believed, the Nokia 5.1 Plus could be priced under Rs 25,000 in the country. When it comes to performance, the Nokia 5.1 Plus relies on the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset that is paired with an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The storage capacity on board is 32GB, which can be further increased up to 400GB by inserting a microSD card.
The purported images of Nokia 7.1 Plus published by mysmartprice.com show the back with a vertically-placed dual camera setup featuring Carl Zeiss lenses and a LED flash underneath, Nokia branding in middle and Android One badge at the bottom end of the device. Sensors onboard the handset include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details! The battery is expected to be bigger and supports 18W fast charging, but the exact specifications of the battery are unknown. There is also a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture at the front.
