The OnePlus 6T will become official in a couple of days, and while we're waiting or that to happen, the device has just surfaced on both AnTuTu and Geekbench, and those two listings have revealed more info about the device.
In India, OnePlus 6T will be unveiled on October 30 at New Delhi. If the company can continue to push in key areas in the country, there's no reason why the OnePlus 6T shouldn't do even better. "OnePlus conducts pop-up events after each launch for users to come together and experience the new flagship for the first time, engage with other users and the OnePlus team and purchase the new smartphone to walk away with exclusive goodies".
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau posted an announcement in the OnePlus Community Forum addressing the company's hard decision to reschedule the launch of the 6T to one day before.
Earlier in the day, we reported that the company has announced pop-up events to be held globally across cities in India and overseas. OnePlus 6T will be available online exclusively via Amazon India and OnePlus online store.
October 29 is still the date for the OnePlus 6T unveiling, but of course, we're learning much more about the device as we get closer to that date. The top version, presumably one with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, will price out at £579.
The OnePlus 6T is getting all of the attention right now with the in-display fingerprint scanner and tiny teardrop notch. It also comes with a 3700 a bigger mAh battery.
OnePlus' next phone is still in the development phase, but we're already seeing hardware and software rumors surface.
As per the rumours though, no headphone jack. Consumers who prebook the phone will get a free pair of the new OnePlus Bullets USB-C earphones worth Rs 1,490.
The Geekbench listing also reveals the single and multi-core test results of the OnePlus 6T.
