Sporty, Scary, Ginger and Baby, let's give them their proper titles - spoke about their comeback on Heart Breakfast, the radio show now presented by Bunton alongside Jamie Theakston. The "When We Were Young" hitmaker shared a picture of her much-younger self, smiling broadly while surrounded by Spice Girls posters.
Putting up a fight!
Cheeky Mel B then interjected: 'But she is joining us at Wembley on June 14th, ' sparking laughter from the rest of the group.
She wrote: "Today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012!"
Following yesterday's announcement that the Spice Girls are reuniting (minus Posh) for a United Kingdom stadium tour, '90s kids have been struck by Spice fever all over again, although some of us were never really cured, tbh.
"I know they will put on an awesome show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time".
Earlier in the show, Mel B teased that the band were to record a new album - but it's not clear if this was also another Spicy "fib".
Speaking on Heart, she admitted it had been "tough" going ahead without Beckham, who said she would not take part due to "business commitments". Tickets go on sale this weekend, and we're told the crew is nervous they won't sell out since Victoria Beckham isn't going along for the ride.
'I met a fan who's four years old, ' before adding: 'It'll be lovely for [long-time fans] to see us on stage, the people who never got round to seeing us last time'.
