Another motivating factor behind Microsoft's latest move could be the pending release of PUBG on PlayStation 4. Following this last leak, reliable industry analyst Daniel Ahmad weighed in on ResetEra to affirm that the game is likely coming out next month.
We expect to hear confirmation along with more details about the game, and an official release date, very soon. PUBG's Xbox One version, which retails for $30, has, even though the game continues to enjoy a substantial playerbase on that system.
