We don't know whether the new colour will have the same retail availability as the other two 6T handsets, but it will be available from OnePlus's online store across Europe and the USA on 15th November.
As noted during the launch of OnePlus 6 earlier this year, the only change with the new variant is likely to be the colour, with no changes in internals or the pricing of the device.
OnrPlus 6T was launched globally a couple of weeks back and was later followed by the launch of Thunder Purple variant in China. The new phone hue will be coming to the United Kingdom on November 15th. The variant was recently launched in China where it got a limited time exclusive release.
The gradient fades from black to purple under the frosted glass-backed OnePlus 6T, with the evocative "S" curve racing across the back and highlighting the depth of color.
You can pick up the Thunder Purple OnePlus 6T with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage starting this Thursday, November 15 for $579. OnePlus teased with the Thunder Purple color for the global market on its official Twitter handle and it also came with the caption "Elegance infused with the brilliance of thunderstorms". While the first sale on Amazon.in and oneplus.in will begin at 14:00 PM, customers will be able to purchase the OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple Edition starting 11:00 AM. The 6GB / 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 37,999 while the 8GB / 128GB model is priced at Rs. 41,999. The storage option includes 128GB and 256GB which can not be extended further.
