Ramos had attempted to defuse the row in a pre-game news conference, insisting he had no interest in responding to the initial criticism, but Lovren claimed Luis Enrique's side lacked class in defeat.
The video, which has since expired, showed Lovren appearing to suggest he had elbowed Real Madrid defender Ramos during the game.
The Real Madrid and Spain defender has been sent off more times than any other player in La Liga history (24 at the time of writing) and is always involved in some form of controversy every match.
Lovren published a video on Instagram stories following Croatia's 3-2 win over Spain in the UEFA Nations League on Thursday evening.
"Haha! 3-2! Go ahead and talk now buddy".
Several minor flare-ups have occurred since, before Lovren fully reignited the feud last month in an interview in which he claimed Ramos "makes more mistakes" than him. "Buddy! They are a bunch of p*****s".
"Mentally, something changed for Real Madrid once Salah left the pitch", Virgil van Dijk explained to the De Telegraaf. While the win was incredible for England, fans gave their attention to Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren who was part of the Croatian team that lost to the Three Lions.
This argument between the two centre-backs has been mainly one-way, ever since Lovren called himself one of the best defenders in the world during the World Cup and criticised the Real Madrid captain. "His way of defending is different because he tries to avoid being in situations where he has to intervene and tackle".
"I sometimes think about the match but I hope to be in the final again and on the right side of the score".
