India's cricketers have arrived in Australia ready to exploit a home team beset by turmoil on and off the field. Their bowling attack will challenge me on a pitch like that so I have to be prepared for it.
"I think one player who we will certainly miss in the squad is Hardik Pandya who is sidelined due to an injury. So I have always enjoyed coming here".
"Whenever we travel outside India, there's always a special feeling". The team would love to replicate the results from their previous T20I assignment on their tour down under when they clean swept hosts for a 3-0 series win.
India's first T20I is at Brisbane, a venue where Rohit feels batting poses a stiff challenge considering the bounce, and while Australia may be without the star trio of Mitchell Johnson, Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood for the T20Is, the likes of Billy Stanlake, Andrew Tye and Nathan Coulter-Nile will not make life any easier for the Indian batsmen. "He's got a good record all around the world, so he's a definite player to watch", Coulter-Nile said at the Gabba on Monday. The tourists, being the Indian side begin their tour of Australia with a T20 worldwide on Wednesday at Brisbane before moving on to Melbourne and Sydney to play the next two.
"We have some quality bowlers, in particular, spinners, so we will try to challenge them with our spinners".
"There is a really good feeling inside the group. We need a whole lot of guys to put their hands on different occasions and take up the challenge". Left-arm pacer Behrendorff could be Australia's trump card as he had troubled the Indians with a sensational spell of four for 21 in a T20 played in Guwahati a year ago.

India is number 2 in the one-day worldwide and Twenty20 global rankings, while five-time and defending World Cup champion Australia has slumped to number 6 in the ODI rankings and number 3 in T20s. The last time we played in Brisbane and not Perth. So I've done well in limited-overs, but the challenge obviously is red-ball cricket, which right now I am not thinking of.
Rohit has scored heavily in the limited-overs matches in Australia and his strong back foot play earned him a place in India's Test squad after being dropped following modest returns in South Africa earlier this year.
