According to a Reuters source, EA paid Ninja (aka Tyler Bevins) $1 million to play the game on February 15th. In particular, EA supposedly approached Ninja with a massive deal, offering $1 million in exchange for coverage.
Ninja wasn't the only influencer to promote the game for EA, but his 13 million Twitch followers likely means he was the highest paid.
